These Terms of Service govern your use of the BP Central blood pressure log app and the website at bptrack.app. By downloading the app or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who we are
Anvil Road LLC operates bptrack.app and the BP Central mobile application. Contact: support@bptrack.app
2. Use of the service
BP Central is a personal blood pressure log app. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer the app, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
You are responsible for all data you enter into the app. We do not verify the accuracy of your logged entries.
3. No accounts
BP Central has no sign up and no login. The app creates an anonymous identity on your device so it can store your readings. Because there is no account, your readings do not move to another device, and we cannot recover them for you. You can erase them at any time with Delete my data in the app settings.
4. In-app purchases
BP Central gives you 10 readings free. After that a one-time in-app purchase ($6.99 USD) unlocks unlimited readings, your complete history, the 7, 30 and 90 day averages and trends, and the shareable summary. It is not a subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies. We do not process payment information directly.
Purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored on new devices using the restore purchases option in settings.
5. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and database records in the BP Central app and website are owned by Anvil Road LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
Data you create in the app (your personal log entries) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your personal records.
Health and safety notice
BP Central is a personal logging tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any questions about your blood pressure or health.
6. Affiliate links and recommendations
Some pages on this website link to products on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. You pay the same price either way.
We are not the seller. We do not stock, ship, warrant or service any product we link to, and we are not a party to your purchase. The sale is between you and Amazon or the merchant selling on Amazon, under their terms, their returns policy and their warranty. Price and availability on Amazon change and are not shown on this site.
When we describe a monitor as validated, we mean its exact model number appeared on the Validated Device Listing at validatebp.org on the date we state on the page. That is a statement about an independent accuracy test, nothing more. It is not an endorsement by the American Medical Association, the American Heart Association or any other body, of us or of any product. Listings change, and manufacturers revise products without changing the name on the box. Check the model number yourself before you buy.
No blood pressure monitor diagnoses, prevents or treats anything, and none of them lowers your blood pressure. A monitor reports a measurement. What that measurement means is for a doctor or other health professional to say.
7. Limitation of liability
BP Central is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Anvil Road LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including data loss, inaccurate reference information, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for any in-app purchase.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms at this URL with a new last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be brought in the courts of New Jersey.
